{Denise & Matt’s Wedding Featured: Dainty Obsessions Magazine!!!} Sheridan, Wyoming Wedding + Destination Photographers

So over-the-moon excited to have one of my favorite weddings from last summer featured in the gorgeous Dainty Obsessions magazine!!!

Matt & Denise’s day was filled with the most sentimental moments, soft light and beautiful details, many of which are displayed in the beautiful 8-page spread!!  I adore what I do and it’s so fun to see such an incredible couple’s wedding day featured in such stylish mag!

The Spring 2013 Dainty Obsessions issue hit the stands this month – go check it out at your local Walmart, Walgreens, Barnes & Noble, wherever you happen to be, just do it!!  The magazine is so beautifully done and is full of the most to-die-for details, ideas, vendors, etc. – inspiration at its finest!

Here is another incredible wedding to share with you – this wedding was planned from Chicago and held at the beautiful Paradise Guest Ranch (Click on the name to view their beautiful website) in Buffalo, Wyoming.  The ranch was truly one of the most gorgeous places I have ever been to and had innumerable photo ops, and then the day arrived…and it rained nonstop.  :)  Needless to say, we had to adjust our plans and shoot much of the day indoors, but regardless of the less-than-stellar-weather, Chris and Cara’s day was memorable, sentimental and romantic.  It was perfectly imperfect.  I believe they say that rain on your wedding day is a sign of luck, and if there is any truth behind that, they will surely have a wonderful life together!  ;)

Thank you to this couple and family for entrusting me with documenting your wedding day!  Here’s to a lifetime of happiness and love…

Thank you for your patience as we get the website updated – this is the first of many beautiful weddings to share from this whirlwind summer!!  It’s been a blast and I cannot wait to share more with you!  First up is one of the sweetest couples I’ve been lucky enough to meet.

Joe and Emily’s day was the perfectly laid back wedding – nothing superficial, just filled with fun, happiness and so much love.  I felt so grateful to be able to document their story and the beginning of their married life together – I wish them many, many years of happiness!!

The bride was stunning….details amazing…and such an incredible connection between these two…

Some weddings are extraordinary: heartfelt, full of emotion, beautiful in every way and just plain happy.  Anna & Zach’s wedding was magical.  From the stunning bride and the chic do-it-yourself details, to the backdrop of the Bighorn Mountains and the sweet connection between the groom and his bride, it was every photographer’s dream.

I had the best wedding season for 2011 – the sweetest brides, happiest couples, just truly wonderful people all the way around to work with.  This amazing couple was no different and gave me the perfect ending to my busy wedding season.  I always feel grateful to be able to witness two people getting married, and I am so happy for these two!  They seem to be perfectly suited and I wish them all the very best life has to offer!

The day began with the typical swirl of getting ready and fabulous details to shoot…

Rochelle made such a stunning bride – needless to say, her groom was beside himself.  =)

And the handsome groom himself…

The ceremony was so emotional for everyone, and their private vows left everyone with tears in their eyes, even though only the bride and groom could hear them being said…

I love the moment of pure bliss when the ceremony ends and they get to walk down the isle as newlyweds…

From there, we ventured away from the crowds for some relaxed images of just the two of them…such a sweetness about them…

the light was absolute perfection…my favorite light to shoot in…

The party continued into the evening and ended with two very happy people who have a whole life ahead of them.  You deserve each other!

Thank you for inviting me to photograph your beautiful wedding!!  Another HUGE thank you to my second shooter, AMY, for coming along and being my incredible side-kick for the day.  You were such an asset to me and I was so grateful to have you there!!!  ;)

The last few weeks have been full of wedded bliss, both for a few people lucky enough to have found each other, and also for me getting to photograph some of the most beautiful details and moments of people in love.  I adore being a part of something sacred, and beautiful, and real.  I love documenting one of the biggest days in the lives of my clients.

This particular wedding was amaazZing on so many levels.  The incredible details, the relaxed atmosphere and the bride – she was such a blast to photograph.  I really had so much fun(aside from getting stung by a bee) and enjoyed also having along my talented sidekick, Chelsie Mooreland.  I know she’s got some great stuff that will be coming my way, so make sure to check out her blog HERE for a coming post!  =)

followed by a stunning bride…

and while the girls were primping, the boys were having a little fun themselves…

the details were undeniably gorgeous…

so much heart put into every last moment of the day…

the ceremony set-up was so unique and lovely…

and nothing short of sentimental…

and then we were off for some relaxed portraits of the newlyweds…

aren’t they cute?…

and the reception was equally incredible…

and they danced the night away…

All weddings are unique and beautiful for their own reasons, just as every couple is unique and special for different reasons.  These two are nothing less than adorable, fun-loving, relaxed and completely perfect for each other.  I loved witnessing the beginning of their world as a twosome and to be a part of documenting their vows – the together forever part seems like a fairly easy adventure for these two.  I will let the pictures do the talking…I couldn’t help but share quite a few from their gorgeous day, not to mention they have been patiently waiting on these for a few weeks.  ;)

06.26.11

Last Saturday I spent my afternoon photographing two people and one beautiful girlie that became one family.  Their wedding was timeless and simple, yet so sentimental and perfectly quaint.  I loved every minute of photographing their love.

The day began with a swirl of hair and makeup and dresses…

The bride was beyond gorgeous…

and she was quite smitten with her groom…

Their ceremony brought me to tears.  It was so heartfelt, sentimental, spiritual and I suppose it couldn’t help to add the fact that they were married by his father….

The details of the day were simple, organic and even homemade…

There was the joining of not 2 people, but actually 4.  This little sparkle and the one yet to be born.  =)

Congratulations to this sweet family.  May you have a lifetime of happiness with each other…
